Led by David Flack, a  certified Chemical Dependency Professional from Friends of Youth, this presentation will provide objective information and realistic concerns about marijuana use among teens, current substance use and abuse trends, and strategies for talking to your teens about being drug-free.

The mission of the Snoqualmie Valley Community Network is building collaboration to inspire action that leads to a caring, resilent, Snoqualmie Valley community. The Network, serving the Snoqualmie Valley and Riverview School District areas, is an affiliate of the Department of Health and Human Services. Through the state-wide Community Network system, more than 10,000 volunteers invest their time and energy to improve the lives of community members. The Network also manages a federal Drug Free Communities grant to help engage all sectors of the community in creating a more caring and connected Snoqualmie Valley where residents thrive.
